Judges: Dave Decker (Maryland, USA), Dusty Gulden (Maryland, USA), Francis Guichard (France)

A total of 20 T-shirt designs were entered in the first ICS T-shirt Salon.  Two designs were from outside the United States:  one from France and one from Japan.  All T-shirt designs were evaluated for impact, artistic rendition, caver appeal, and technical quality.
